Senior Contract Sales Executive – Interior Solutions

Singapore
Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador of the esteemed brands in theBeuro’s stable to the design community, contractors and developers through sales visits and trade events.
  • Through a collaborative approach, develop strong connections with our clients as a capable project lead, team player and contributor.
  • Effectively manage projects to achieve design intent, adhere to project deadlines and work around budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and adapt strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Fulfill client briefs and enquiries. Addressing adequately and appropriately to quotations, proposals and tender proposals.

Requirements:

  • Strong and effective communicator.
  • Diploma Holder or its equivalent, preferably design trained
  • Experience in luxury furniture systems/ interior design/ FF&E/ architecture/ product design field is an added advantage
  • Possess a hunter mindset with an innate ability of generating leads and converting them to sales
  • Proficient in MS Office. Ability to read CAD drawings and FF&E Specifications
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
  • Creative problem solver
  • A team player with a strong desire client satisfaction

Senior Sales Consultant- Interior Solutions

Singapore
Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent retail experience to customers by displaying good product knowledge being an ambassador for the brands under The Beuro umbrella
  • Establish rapport with customers by showing understanding of their brief and providing sound advice in product proposals
  • Respond to queries and generate and quotations in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of clientele satisfaction with prompt, professional service.
  • Maintain an impeccable standard of housekeeping in the showroom at all times
  • Schedule delivery and manage any post-sales customer queries or feedback

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in furniture, fashion or luxury products
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General, Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Possess strong customer service and sales techniques
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
  • Outgoing personality, meticulous and organized
  • Able to work on alternate weekends
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software
  • Positive and motivated team player
  • Possess strong customer service and sales techniques
  • Passion for design
